Refund Policy
Last updated: August 12, 2026
We stand behind NeuroMush®. Every order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, contact us and we will make it right — no questions asked.
1. Guarantee Period
You have 60 days from the date your order ships to request a refund. Requests made after that window fall outside the guarantee, though we still encourage you to contact us so we can look at your case.
2. How to Request a Refund
Reach our support team directly — there is no form to fill out and no queue to join:
- Email: support@vitahealthsupps.com
Please include the order number and the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase quickly.
3. Returning the Product
To complete a refund on a physical order:
- Return the bottles — even empty ones — to: 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011, USA
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot issue a refund for a package that never arrives.
- Write your order number on the outside of the package so we can match it to your account.
4. Processing Time
- Once your return is received and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
- Some banks take additional time to post the credit to your statement. If more than 10 business days pass without the credit appearing, contact us.
5. Cancelling a Subscription
Subscription plans can be paused, updated, or cancelled at any time, with no fee and no minimum term. Cancelling stops all future shipments and charges immediately. A refund for a shipment already billed still needs to be requested within the 60-day guarantee period described above.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace it at no cost to you, and you will not be asked to pay return shipping.
7. Abuse of This Policy
We reserve the right to decline refund requests from accounts showing a pattern of repeated refund abuse or fraudulent activity. This protects the guarantee for everyone who uses it in good faith.
