3. Returning the Product

To complete a refund on a physical order:

• Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot issue a refund for a package that never arrives.
• Write your order number on the outside of the package so we can match it to your account.

4. Processing Time

• Once your return is received and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
• Some banks take additional time to post the credit to your statement. If more than 10 business days pass without the credit appearing, contact us.

5. Cancelling a Subscription

Subscription plans can be paused, updated, or cancelled at any time, with no fee and no minimum term. Cancelling stops all future shipments and charges immediately. A refund for a shipment already billed still needs to be requested within the 60-day guarantee period described above.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace it at no cost to you, and you will not be asked to pay return shipping.

7. Abuse of This Policy

We reserve the right to decline refund requests from accounts showing a pattern of repeated refund abuse or fraudulent activity. This protects the guarantee for everyone who uses it in good faith.

We ship NeuroMush® from our fulfillment center in Aurora, Colorado. Below is what to expect after you place an order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

2. Delivery Estimates

• United States: typically 5 business days from the date of shipment. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout reflects this window.
• Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume can extend them.

3. Shipping Costs

• Subscription plans ship free — included with every recurring order, for as long as the subscription is active.
• One-time orders may carry a shipping fee. Any fee is shown at checkout before you confirm payment, never added afterward.

4. Subscription Shipments

Each bottle contains a 30-day supply at the recommended serving of two capsules per day. Subscription plans ship on a 30-day cycle so your routine is never interrupted. You can pause, reschedule, or cancel a subscription at any time before the next shipment is billed.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at support@vitahealthsupps.com.

6. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it once you confirm the correct details; a second shipping fee may apply.
